Professional Fees
Full Visa Service, aka VIP Service
- This comprehensive service is calculated on a session basis.
- A full session is minimum 45 minutes - maximum 60 minutes.
- The initial consultation is a minimum of 45 minutes and is charged with $150.00 + GST.
- Any future professional fee is $295.00 + GST per session.
- The work load for simple application is likely around 3 sessions, more complex cases can take up to 10, 20 or 30 hours.
- This includes F2F, Video, Phone, Email and Text message communications as well as back office / administrative blocks of work and if required personal representation.
- As an example: A visitor visa application will encompass a minimum of 4 sessions, respectively: (1) initial meeting, (2) collecting reviewing of support documentation, (3) lodgement, (4) Follow up and outcome communication.
- A different example: A partner visa will require in average a minimum of 20 session.
- The most-important part is that all costs will be discussed and agreed on during the first meeting. Hence you will know the correct costs for your application (our fees and any potential government charges, like visa application charge and/or other expenses) BEFORE you assign us the work.
